“Prefabricated production enables ‘ready-to-use’ convenience,” explained the Chief Technology Officer. Over 90% of decoration is factory-completed – on-site water/electricity connection allows immediate move-in, cutting deployment time by 80% vs. traditional construction. This aligns with Australia’s modular housing market, which grows 10.1% annually, driven by rapid deployment and cost efficiency.

Versatile for remote mining accommodations or coastal resort camps, the V3 uses a hot-dip galvanized steel frame and aviation-grade aluminum shell, with corrosion resistance for Australia’s diverse climates and a 50-year service life.
