Pickup truck camper shells have developed a mature technical system in terms of lightweight design, high structural strength, and safety performance. Mainstream products use aerospace-grade aluminum and composite carbon fiber materials, with weight controlled between 300–500 kg, making them compatible with the vast majority of mid-size and full-size pickup trucks. Safety features cover multiple aspects including structural strength, fire resistance, gas systems, and electrical systems, fully meeting the needs of off-road camping.
