One of the standout features of the V7 model capsule and T6 cabin is the high-quality aluminum panels used for its exterior walls. These custom 2mm aerospace-grade aluminum panels, finished with fluorocarbon paint, are exceptional in their quality. The surface is flawless—free of streaks, stripes, bubbles, foreign objects, or any other surface defects—making them highly resistant to corrosion and wear. The panels are coated with a 40μm thick film, providing superior durability, especially in coastal environments.

In addition to being resistant to abrasion (with a hardness greater than 5L/μm), the aluminum panels are also resistant to acids like hydrochloric and nitric acid, as well as solvents, mortar, and humidity. This makes the capsule and cabin ideal for seaside environments, where saltwater and sand can be highly corrosive.
